1. Introduction:

By engaging Botmust for Digital Marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of Botmust's services implies acceptance of any modifications.

2. Services:

Botmust commits to delivering digital marketing services as specified in the mutually agreed-upon proposal. These services encompass, but are not confined to, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients undertake to furnish Botmust with necessary access to digital assets, pertinent information, and collaborative input essential for the successful execution of the digital marketing campaign. Botmust refrains from disclosing hosting cPanel account details for security reasons, employing third-party hosting providers for hosting services.

4. Confidentiality:

Botmust pledges to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data, inclusive of business strategies, customer details, and any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.

5. Payment Terms:

Payment terms, detailed in the agreement and contingent upon the selected service package, necessitate prompt settlement of invoices within 5 days of receipt. Non-adherence may result in service suspension. Botmust retains the right to suspend hosting services in the absence of payment for renewal hosting.

6. Termination:

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with written notice. Should termination emanate from the client, settlement of outstanding payments for services rendered is mandatory. In instances of non-payment for hosting renewal, Botmust reserves the right to suspend hosting services.

7. Intellectual Property:

Botmust maintains intellectual property rights for all materials developed during the digital marketing campaign, including graphics, reports, and content, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

8. Performance Metrics:

Botmust commits to providing regular reports delineating the performance of the digital marketing campaign. While optimal results are pursued, no specific outcome or guarantee is provided.

9. SEO Guarantee:

Botmust refrains from guaranteeing specific SEO ranking results, recognizing the variability influenced by numerous factors. SEO services are provided as a complimentary, value-added component without assurance of achieving predefined rankings.

10. Website Access:

We do not provide full access to the WordPress admin dashboard due to licensing restrictions on certain themes and plugins. Additionally, if you decide to shift your website to another web development or hosting provider, redevelopment of the website may be required. We are committed to offering necessary support and cooperation during this transition period, facilitating the transfer of essential text or Image content details only while adhering to licensing agreements and maintaining security standards.

11. Hosting and Security:

Botmust employs third-party hosting providers for hosting services, withholding cPanel account details to ensure hosting environment security. During website transfers to alternative hosting providers, Botmust does not transfer or provide backups of installed themes and plugins. Only text content details can be transferred.

12. Site Downtime and Crash:

Botmust disclaims responsibility for site downtime or crashes. As hosting services are not provided, site issues may arise from client-initiated changes, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Email Handling:

Botmust does not offer direct access to email handling under cPanel. Clients can liaise with our support team for any email-related requests, and password setup emails for new accounts will be created and sent accordingly.

14. Free Service Duration

It's important to note that if the client is granted access to specific pages or the website's backend and initiates changes leading to issues such as website crashes or layout disruptions, these instances will not be covered under our free service agreement. In such cases, any necessary restoration or fixes will be subject to our standard fees, and the associated costs will be communicated to the client accordingly.

15. Refund Policy:

No refunds are issued once an invoice is fully paid. Refunds are at Botmust's discretion and may be considered in exceptional cases if client satisfaction is not achieved. Partially paid invoices may be eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances.

16. Minimum Support and Maintenance:

Botmust is committed to offering complimentary support and maintenance services throughout your association with us. This includes addressing issues such as website crashes caused by our actions, server downtimes, and minor edits like image or text changes. Our pledge is to uphold the stability and functionality of your website during this period.

17. Hosting and Domain Duration:

Invoices cover a one-year period for hosting and domain services. Clients can opt to extend their plan during invoice creation, with additional charges for hosting and domain communicated accordingly.

18. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or performance failure due to circumstances beyond their control, such as acts of God, terrorism, or natural disasters.

19. Confidentiality:

Both parties commit to not disclosing any confidential information acquired during the agreement term to third parties without written consent.

20. Additional Requested Plugins or Feature:

On additional request plugins or feature, we ask third-party developers for their contributions and charge accordingly. In the event that revisions or additional features are needed after the initial plugin creation, developers may charge an additional fee.

21. Amendments:

Botmust reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of changes, and ongoing use of Botmust's services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
